Ingredients
900 g | pork sausage meat, good-quality or finely minced pure pork |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 tsp | dried sage |
1 large | onion, chopped |
4 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
1 | egg, beaten |
Instructions
Knead all ingredients until well combined. Season with salt and pepper, but consider that sausage meat is already seasoned.A stuffing for turkey or pork roast.
