Ingredients

900 g pork sausage meat, good-quality or finely minced pure pork
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp dried sage
1 large onion, chopped
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1  egg, beaten

Instructions

Knead all ingredients until well combined. Season with salt and pepper, but consider that sausage meat is already seasoned.

A stuffing for turkey or pork roast.
