Pizza Wheels recipe

|2 tsp||baking powder|
|40 g||butter, diced|
|2 tbsp||tomato puree|
|2 slice(s)||pineapple, diced|
|100 g||ham, diced|
|4 tbsp||freshly grated Cheddar cheese|
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray with oil.
In a a big bowl, combine the flour with the butter flakes and knead quickly until fine and crumbly. Knead, adding milk by and by, until the dough is well combined and smooth. Roll out on a floured working surface 5mm thick to a 20x30cm rectangle.
Spread with tomato purée. Mix the onions with pineapple, ham and oregano and divide the mixture on the dough. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese. Roll up the dough from the long side.
With a sharp knife cut the roll into 8 wheels. Place side by side onto a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
