Ingredients
1 kg | pineapple chunks, drained |
180 g | sugar |
2 tbsp | flour |
240 g | cheese, grated |
60 g | butter, melted |
Ritz crackers, crushed |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place pineapple in a dish.
Mix together sugar and flour and sprinkle on top of the pineapple. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.
Mix together crushed crackers and melted butter and pour over cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
