- Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large can (7 ounces) diced green chiles
