Chili cheese egg puff recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large can (7 ounces) diced green chiles

- sour cream
Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese, and butter. Mix until smooth; add chiles and stir.
Pour mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch glass baking pan. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for about 40 minutes or until firm and top is slightly browned. Slice into eight serving portions and serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
