Ingredients
6 tbsp | mustard seeds |
2 tsp | cloves, whole |
2 tsp | allspice, whole |
2 tsp | black pepper, whole |
1 tsp | corinander, whole |
2 tsp | bay leaves, crushed |
½ tsp | dill weed or 1tsp dill seeds |
¼ tsp | ground ginger or 1/2 tsp dried ginger bits |
10 small | red chilli peppers |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight jar in a cool and dark place. Use 1 tsp per 500ml canning jar.Preparation time:
