Pepper sauce recipe details
Ingredients
3 tbsp | butter |
1 small | onion, finely chopped |
3 tbsp | green peppercorns, slightly crushed |
1 tsp | mustard |
2 tbsp | brandy |
200 ml | cream |
2 tbsp | parsley, freshly chopped |
½ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Melt the butter and fry the onions until translucent. Add peppercorns and mustard. Warm brandy in a separate small pot, ignite and pour over the onion mix. Boil the sauce until reduced to one third. Lower the heat, add the cream, parsley and salt and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Season to taste before serving.Preparation time:
