|240 ml||whipping cream|
|200 g||brown sugar|
|60 ml||freshly brewed coffee|
|120 g||pecans, halved|
InstructionsIn a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter, cream, sugar and coffee. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook on a simmer for 5 minutes. Add pecan halves and stir.
Serve warm over cake.
