Ingredients

115 g butter
240 ml whipping cream
200 g brown sugar
60 ml freshly brewed coffee
120 g pecans, halved

Instructions

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter, cream, sugar and coffee. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook on a simmer for 5 minutes. Add pecan halves and stir.

Serve warm over cake.
