Ingredients
115 g | butter |
240 ml | whipping cream |
200 g | brown sugar |
60 ml | freshly brewed coffee |
120 g | pecans, halved |
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter, cream, sugar and coffee. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook on a simmer for 5 minutes. Add pecan halves and stir.Serve warm over cake.
