Ingredients
120 ml | strong freshly brewed espresso |
120 ml | ketchup |
120 ml | cider vinegar |
2 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
100 g | brown sugar |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | dry hot mustard |
2 tbsp | cumin, ground |
1 tsp | chili powder |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Purée mixture in a blender until smooth.The sauce keeps for up to 2 weeks if regrigerated.
