Ingredients
Serves: 20- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 & 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 squares chocolate, melted
- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation method
Prep: 45 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Cream butter.
3. Add sugar and cream well.
4. Add eggs, one at a time.
5. Add melted chocolate.
6. Sift flour and baking powder, and add alternately with milk and vanilla. Pour into a 11 x 14 inch pan.
7. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool.
