Ingredients
15 tbsp | corn starch |
15 tbsp | cold water |
1 dash(es) | salt |
120 ml | Grenadine syrup |
60 ml | apple juice |
2 medium | peaches |
1 pint(s) | vanilla frozen yoghurt |
Instructions
Mix cornstarch, cold water and salt small saucepan. Then stir in grenadine syrup. Bring to a boil and then quickly reduce heat. Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes, whilst stirring constantly, until thickened. Mix in peaches.Cool slightly and serve warm, or cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve peach mixture over frozen yogurt.
