Ingredients:
3 cups sliced peaches
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg (beaten)
6 Tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

Slice peaches and place in 8 x 8 inch-square or a loaf pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. In small bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt. Add beaten egg and mix until crumbly. Spread over peaches. Pour butter over top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
