130 g | mince |
10 ml | lemon juice |
1 | green apple. peeled, cored and coarsley grated |
1 small | onion, chopped |
½ tsp | dill, dried and chopped |
1 tsp | French mustard |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
