- Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups white flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1-1/4 cups canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups chopped fresh peaches
Sift flours, baking soda, and salt together; set aside. Beat eggs in separate bowl, then beat in sugars. Beat in oil, then vanilla and almond extracts. Add sifted dry ingredients. Fold in peaches. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
