Peach and marshmallow dessert recipe details
Ingredients
6 | peaches, peeled, pitted, diced |
60 ml | milk |
2540 g | marshmallows |
180 g | Graham crackers, crushed |
115 g | butter, melted |
300 ml | whipping cream, whipped |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Pour milk into a saucepand and add marshmallows. Melt over low heat and stir to combine. Remove from heat and set to cool.
Mix together the butter with the crushed graham crackers. Press into a 24 cm pan and bake for 6-8 minutes. Cool.
Combine diced peaches with the whipping cream and mix into the marshmallow mixture. Pour into baked crust and refrigerate.
