Pasta with Shrimp in Curry Sauce recipe

Ingredients
80 | pasta |
salt | |
50 g | mangetout |
50 g | mushrooms, sliced |
80 g | shrimp, ready to cook |
lemon juice | |
1 tbsp | oil |
1 tsp | curry powder |
100 ml | vegetable stock |
3 tbsp | single cream |
1 tsp | dill, chopped |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta.
Cook the mangetout in salted water for 2 minutes, then drain. Season the shrimp with salt and lemon juice.
In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the shrimp all around until turned pink. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the mushrooms into the pan and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1-2 more minutes over low heat. Pour in the stock and the cream. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Take from the heat and add the shrimp, mangetout and dill. Allow to steep for a minute.
Serve the cooked pasta with the shrimp and curry sauce.
