Pasta with Mangetout and Bacon recipe

Ingredients
400 g | pasta |
some | salt and freshly ground black pepper |
1 glass(es) | green pesto |
100 g | bacon, diced |
200 g | mangetout, halved |
sugar | |
1 tsp | parsley, chopped |
1 pinch(es) | garlic powder |
1 tbsp | oil |
4 tbsp | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the bacon for 5 minutes. Add the mangetout and cook stirring for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and garlic powder. Stir in the parsley.
Mix the cooked pasta with the pesto and the bacon and mangetout mixture. Serve sprinkled with the cheese.
