Lukewarm Brussels Sprouts Salad recipe

Ingredients
400 g | Brussels sprouts |
8 tbsp | olive oil |
3 tbsp | vinegar |
salt and pepper | |
5 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 tsp | salad herbs |
1 tbsp | honey |
1 tbsp | mustard |
Instructions
Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut into halves. Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water until done, but still a bit firm to the bite. Drain, set aside and keep warm.Mix together the oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salad herbs, honey and the mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprouts and serve lukewarm.
