Pasta with leek and ham recipe details
Ingredients
1 stalk(s) | leek, sliced |
2 slice(s) | cooked ham, diced |
80 g | pasta |
1 tbsp | oil |
75 g | single cream |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
nutmeg | |
2 | walnuts, chopped |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the leek and the ham for some minutes. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Drain the cooked pasta and add to the sauce. Toss and serve immediately, sprinkled with the nuts.
