Cauliflower hash browns recipe details
Ingredients
40 g | cauliflower, cooked and finely diced |
30 g | potatoes, grated |
½ | egg yolk |
10 g | freshly grated cheese |
salt and pepper | |
nutmeg | |
1 tbsp | oil |
40 g | green beans, finely diced |
20 g | peas |
30 g | carrots, finely diced |
3 tsp | corn |
2 tsp | red bell pepper, finely diced |
1 tbsp | celery, finely diced |
1 tsp | butter |
30 ml | milk |
20 g | sour cream |
some | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Mix together the cauliflower, potatoes, egg yolk and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.Shape hash browns and fry in oil from both sides until done and golden brown.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the vegetables for some minutes. Stir in the milk and the sour cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and season to taste with salt, pepper and parsley.
Serve the hash browns with the sauce.
