Ingredients

200 g pasta
100 g mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper
1 tbsp oil
2 clove(s) garlic, mashed
1  onion, chopped
2 tsp instant vegetable stock
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
200 g sour cream
1  egg
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.

Heat the oil and sauté the garlic, onion and mushrooms over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour in some water and bring to a boil. Stir in the instant stock and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the egg with the sour cream and parsley and stir the mixture into the mushroom sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta and toss. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
