Pasta with garlic and mushrooms recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | pasta |
100 g | mushrooms, sliced |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 tsp | instant vegetable stock |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
200 g | sour cream |
1 | egg |
2 tbsp | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.Heat the oil and sauté the garlic, onion and mushrooms over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour in some water and bring to a boil. Stir in the instant stock and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the egg with the sour cream and parsley and stir the mixture into the mushroom sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and toss. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
