Ingredients
1 | onion, chopped |
370 g | tomato sauce |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | basil, chopped |
1 tsp | dried oregano |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |

500 g | pasta |
500 g | coalfish fillet |
lemon juice | |
4 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
marjoram | |
50 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
3 tbsp | oil |
100 ml | vegetable stock |
40 g | butter |
Instructions
In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of the oil and sauté the garlic and the onion until lucent. Pour in the tomato sauce and the stock and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the basil and the oregano. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice. In a pan heat the remaining oil and fry the fish from both sides for a minute.
In a saucepan melt the butter. Stir in the breadcrumbs and the marjoram. Remove from the heat and mix in the parsley and cheese.
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Pour the pasta mixture into a casserole dish. Top with the fish and sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is done. Serve immediately.
