Pasta with Creamed Cauliflower recipe

|1 head(s)||cauliflower, cut into florets|
|4 tbsp||olive oil|
|250 ml||double cream|
|1||vegetable stock cube|
|Parmesan cheese, grated|
|150 g||pasta, farfalle|
Pour olive oil and stock cube into boiling water and cook cauliflower florets until tender. Drain. Cut into smaller pieces.
Pour cream into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Add drained cauliflower and stir well to combine. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and add to the cauliflower and sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese, toss well and serve.
