Pasta with Cheese Sauce and Turkey recipe

Ingredients
1 | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | flour |
200 ml | vegetable stock |
100 ml | milk |
100 g | single cream |
200 g | Gorgonzola cheese |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
250 g | turkey breast fillet, cut into 2cm cubes |
6 sprig(s) | parsley, chopped |
100 g | rocket, chopped |
400 g | pasta |
1 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Sauté the onion. Dust with the flour and cook stirring for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the stock, milk and the cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cheese and cook stirring until melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley.In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the meat until golden all around. Season with salt and pepper.
In a warmed bowl, mix the drained pasta with the sauce, the meat and the rocket and serve immediately.
