Pasta with spinach and tuna sauce recipe details
Ingredients
1 can(s) | tuna in oil, drained |
salt and pepper | |
200 g | young spinach, trimmed and washed |
1 | onion, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
200 g | single cream |
400 g | pasta |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a pan heat the oil. Sauté garlic and onion until lucent. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook stirring until wilted. Stir in the tuna. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta, combine with the sauce and serve.
