Ingredients
60 ml | pan drippings |
3 tbsp | flour |
240 ml | broth |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste | |
garlic salt, to taste | |
paprika, to taste |
Instructions
Heat pan with juices over medium heat and whisk in flour. Stir until smooth and juices begin to thicken.
Add chicken broth, whisking continuously until all drippings have been blended in.
Bring to a full boil. Reduce heat to and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Season to taste.
