Pasta with a tangy minced meat sauce recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | pasta |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
Worcestershire sauce | |
750 g | pork mince |
¼ l | vegetable stock |
2 | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
cayenne pepper | |
lemon juice | |
2 tbsp | oil |
4 tbsp | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the oil. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until lucent. Add the mince and cook over medium heat until brown and crumbly, stirring occasionally. Add the vegetable stock. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and paprika powder. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Divide the pasta on plates, top with mince sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
