Ingredients

400 g pasta
salt and pepper
paprika powder
Worcestershire sauce
750 g pork mince
¼ l vegetable stock
2  onions, chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
cayenne pepper
lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

In a saucepan heat the oil. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until lucent. Add the mince and cook over medium heat until brown and crumbly, stirring occasionally. Add the vegetable stock. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and paprika powder. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.

Divide the pasta on plates, top with mince sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
