Minced meat pan with rice noodles recipe details
Ingredients
75 g | rice noodles |
500 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
2 | red bell peppers, diced |
2 | onions, sliced |
2 | tomatoes, sliced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | butter |
pepper | |
2 tsp | curry powder |
soy sauce | |
Chinese herbs | |
paprika powder |
Instructions
In a bowl, pour some boiling water over the rice noodles and allow to soak for 10 minutes, then drain.In a saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the garlic and onions over medium heat until lucent. Stir in the minced meat and cook for 10 minutes oruntil the meat is brown and crumbled. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes. Season to taste with pepper, curry and paprika powder, Chinese herbs and soy sauce and cook for 10 more minutes.
Add the rice noddles and stir over medium heat until the noodles are hot.
