Ingredients
200 g | pasta |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
225 ml | double cream |
2 tbsp | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.In a saucepan heat the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Take from heat, add the pasta and toss. Serve sprinkled with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
