Seared Pepper crusted Tuna Steaks with a Soy marinade and kickin’ Wasabi finish.

Ingredients
Serves: 2- 1 Each Tuna Steak 1 inch thick
- 4 tbl spoons Good quality Soy
- 2 tbl spoons Coarse Grind Black Pepper
- 1 tbl spoon Wasabi
- 2 tbl spoons Olive Oil
Preparation method
Prep: 2 mins | Cook: 12 mins | Extra time: 10 mins, marinating1. Wash Tuna Steak, pat dry and marinate in Soy. The better quality of Soy, the better the end result-there is a difference.
2. Heat a frying pan with the Olive Oil on Med-High heat. When the Tuna Steaks have absorbed most of the Soy remove from marinade and pepper each side with the Coarse Black Pepper.
3. Fry for 3-7 minutes per side to desired doneness. Use a frying screen to reduce oil splash and wife/GF yelling factor. Top with Wasabi before serving…ENJOY!Tip
High Quality Soy (all writing in Japanese) really makes a difference. Pairs nicely with a serving of plain Rice.
