Pasta casserole with broccoli recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | pasta |
500 g | broccoli, in florets |
200 g | freshly grated Cheddar cheese |
1 | egg |
250 ml | single cream |
salt and pepper | |
100 g | ham, diced |
nutmeg |
Instructions
Cook the pasta until al dente. Cook the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain, chill in ice-water and drain again.Arrange the pasta and broccoli in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the ham. Whisk the cream with egg and cheese, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour the mixture evenly over the noodles. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes
