Parsley and lemon stuffing recipe details
Ingredients
25 g | butter |
2 medium | onions, finely chopped |
2 stick(s) | celery, chopped |
230 g | bread crumbs |
60 ml | fresh parsley |
2 | lemons, grated rind |
1 medium | egg, beaten |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large saucepan, add the onions and celery, cover and cook for about 10 minutes, until soft. Sir occasionally.Remove from the heat and add parsley, breadcrumbs and lemon rind. Season and stir in the egg.
Stuff turkey at the neck end.
