Ingredients
300 ml | fish leftovers, flaked |
4 medium | green pepper |
1 ½ tsp | cornstarch |
1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | tomato sauce |
1 tbsp | butter |
250 ml | milk |
salt and pepper | |
butter for dots | |
bread crumbs |
Instructions
Melt butter add corn starch and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add milk. Stir in salt, pepper, tomato sauce, onions and fish. Clean peppers, cut off a lid and remove seeds and the white ribs.
Fill peppers with fish mixture, place peppers in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and add a dot of butter to each.
Bake at 190°C until peppers are tender about 25 minutes.
