Parmesan prawns recipe details
Ingredients
24 medium | prawns, uncooked |
180 g | Parmesan cheese |
1 tbsp | salt |
15 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
120 g | bread crumbs |
For the Dip: | |
2 tbsp | flour |
1 tsp | oil |
1 tbsp | corn starch |
1 | egg(s) |
120 ml | water |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Shell the prawns season with salt, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.Prepare the dip:Combine all ingredients for the dip and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the seasoned prawns into the dip and roll them in the breadcrumb/cheese mix.
Deep fry them for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown.
