Parmesan garlic bagel chips recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 plain bagels
- Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut each bagel into 2 half-circles using a serrated knife. Cut each half-circle horizontally into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place slices on a wire rack. Place rack on a baking sheet. Coat slices with cooking spray. Combine cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder; sprinkle evenly over bagel slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp; let cool. Store in an airtight container.
