Ingredients

• 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons cooked, crumbled bacon
• 6 mini bagels, cut into halves

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins

1. Preheat your toaster oven or broiler. If using the broiler, place rack about 8-inches below the heat source, usually the second spot down.
2. Combine all of the ingredients and spread onto the bagels. Place the bagels onto a baking sheet, and bake or toast until the cheese mixture is puffy and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
