Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Prawn recipe

|12||big raw prawns, peeled and deveined|
|100 g||mozzarella, cut into 12 thin slices|
|1 tsp||black pepper, freshly ground|
|200 g||sour cream|
With a sharp knife, slit the back of the prawns. Season the mozzarella slices with pepper and stuff the mozzarella into the back of the prawns. Wrap each prawn with a slice of bacon. Brush the bacon with a drop of oil.
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Grill or bake the prawns for 7-10 minutes until the bacon is golden and crispy.
In the meantime season the sour cream to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve the prawns with the dip.
