Ingredients:
One large round of brie
1/4 cup flour
1 egg beaten with 1 Tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (or more) dry breadcrumbs
Butter for pan
Instructions:

Slice the round of brie in half through the full circle. Dredge each round first in flour, then in the beaten egg, then in the fine breadcrumbs. Now, once more in the egg and once more in the breadcrumbs. The crust should be rather thick. Melt butter in a skillet and pan fry the cheese until it is lightly browned and crisp on either side. Serve warm with a good bread and fresh fruit.

Serves: 6 to 8
