Ingredients:
5 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 Tablespoons margarine
1 Tablespoon sugar
Filling Option Ingredients for Banana’s Amaretto:
2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Amaretto
1 Tablespoon light brown sugar
4 firm bananas
Mandarin Orange Sauce Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup water
2 Tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
One 11-ounce can of mandarin oranges
sliced almonds
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer on high speed until frothy (approximately 1 minute). Slowly add flour, beating on medium until blended. Stir in milk, salt, and vanilla. Melt butter in four 8-inch skillets. Pour egg mixture into hot skillets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until brown and puffed. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with your favorite filling.

Melt butter in a skillet. Add brown sugar and saute bananas until slightly soft, but not mushy. Gently stir in liqueur. Serve with whipped cream or sour cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Strawberries and sliced kiwi (Nice for Christmas)>Sliced peaches and blueberries>Canned apples with brown sugar and cinnamon>Be creative!

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water and frozen orange juice concentrate. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir two more minutes. Add mandarin oranges. Pour into puffs, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with sliced almonds, and ENJOY!
