Paella granada recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | chicken breast, cut in 2cm cubes |
250 g | lean pork, cut in 2cm cubes |
150 g | tuna, drained and pulled apart |
250 g | mussels, canned |
300 g | shrimp, canned |
1 large can(s) | peas |
250 g | tomatoes, diced |
500 g | rice |
900 ml | vegetable stock |
2 large | bell peppers, red and green, diced |
4 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 | onion, chopped |

paprika powder | |
salt and pepper | |
1 glass(es) | white wine |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and fry the chicken and pork for 5 minutes. Add the onions, garlic and the bell peppers and fry until the vegetables are lucent. Add the tomatoes, the rice and the vegetable stock and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.Add the tuna, mussels, shrimp and peas. Season with salt and pepper, curry and paprika powder. Add a glass of wine and bring to a short boil again.
Serve, when all the liquid is soaked up.
