Ingredients
250 g | rice |
2 | tomatoes |
1 small | onion |
1 | red pepper |
1 | green pepper |
5 clove(s) | garlic |
300 g | prawns |
200 g | crab sticks |
saffron | |
salt and pepper | |
fish stock | |
a little bit of wine (optional) |
Instructions
Clean vegetables. Remove seeds from the pepper. Slice all the vegetables thinly.Put all of the vegetables into the pot and fry them with a little bit of oil. Poor the wine and add the rice. Leave it to soak the wine.
Add 600 ml of water to the pot. Add the saffron, salt and pepper and cube of fish stock. Add the rice and cook until tender. Stir occasionally.
When the rice is almost cooked, add the prawns and crab sticks.
Wait 10 minutes before serving.
