Oven Roasted Chicken and Potatoes recipe

Peel and wash potatoes. Half or quarter them, depending on size.
Place them in a bowl and season with chopped rosemary, half the thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Wash and dry chicken and rub with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Place the potatoes in a roasting pan. Cut lemon into wedges, and add to potatoes. Also add garlic cloves and 4 thyme sprigs.
Place chicken on top of the potatoes and bake at 200°C for 50-60 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
Serving suggestion:Serve with green salad, or cucumber salad.
