Oven potatoes recipe details
Ingredients
8 | potatoes, medium size, peeled |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and black pepper | |
1 tsp | paprika noble sweet (pimenton dulce) |
1 tsp | dried chilies, shredded |
1 | lemon, juice of |
200 ml | water |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Cut potatoes in halves. Mix all other ingredients in a freezer bag and add potatoes. Marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.Preheat oven to 200°C. Cover a baking tray with aluminium foil and add potatoes and marinade. Bake for about 30 minutes, turn potatoes and bake for 20–30 minutes more.
