Oven puffed apple pancake recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 large Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in large, shallow, ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in sugar and cinnamon; add apples. Cook, stirring, until apples are translucent (about 5 minutes). Place pan in oven while you prepare batter.
