- Ingredients
- 1/2 cube margarine
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
Place margarine in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet. Place in microwave to melt the margarine. Place half of the margarine and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend for a couple of seconds. Pour ingredients into a baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. Fresh fruit and whipped cream can be added to the top of the pancake when it is pulled out of the oven.
