Fox hill's fudgy brownies recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup Nestles Toll House chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add cocoa. Blend well. Mix in flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in nuts, chips and vanilla. Spread in greased 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 to 32 minutes, or until top is crusty and brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
Yields: 2-1/2 dozen brownies
