Oven Dried Tomatoes recipe

|1 kg||ripe plum tomatoes, cored and halved|
|extra virgin olive oil|
Preheat the oven to 125°C.
Arrange the tomatoes cut side up on foil-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the salt. Bake until slightly shrivelled but still plump for about 5 hours.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the tomatoes with the herbs and pir some olive oil on top.
Serving suggestions:Use as Pizza topping, add to a salad, serve as an appetizer or use inside the Pizza Rollups (see database).
