Oven Chicken with Summer Vegetables recipe

|150 g||chicken fillet|
|½||red bell pepper, diced|
|100 g||courgette, diced|
|salt and pepper|
|1 tsp||rosemary, chopped|
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Mix together the mustard, oil and the honey and turn the chicken fillet with the marinade. Allow to soak for 1 hour.
Mix together the bell pepper, courgette and the rosemary. Sprinkle with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the chicken and the vegetables in a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
