Ingredients
12 large | tomatoes |
60 g | baguette, toasted and crumbled |
1 bunch(es) | thyme, chopped |
½ bunch(es) | rosemary, chopped |
600 g | cream cheese |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced (optional) |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
3 tbsp | honey |
Instructions
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides. Mix together the herbs, cream cheese, garlic, honey and the breadcrumbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Stuff the tomatoes with the cheese mixture and place into the deep baking tray. Bake until the stuffing is slightly browned at the top.
Serve with baguette.
