Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 cups shredded, peeled apples
- 2 cups unseasoned, dried bread cubes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 2 pounds ground venison
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Whisk together the egg, ketchup, and horseradish in a mixing bowl. Toss with apples, stuffing cubes, and onion; sprinkle with mustard. Then lightly combine with venison. Do not overmix.
