Oven baked hazelnut crusted fish recipe details
Oven-baked sweet aroma of hazelnut gently infused with fish fillets. Never say “Fish is boring” again!

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 7 ounces firm white fish fillet; snapper
- 7 ounces ground hazelnuts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- optional: 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt
- pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Oven rack in the highest.
2. Mix the hazelnut, breadcumb, garlic, oil, cayenne and seasoning in a bowl. It should be thick like a cookie dough consistency.
3. Season the fish fillets. Add 2 tablespoon of the mixture on top of each fillet.
4. Line an oven tray with baking parchment paper for the fish, bake the fish for 20-30 minutes or until the crust is golden. Serve with salad and chips.
